Razer Blackshark V2X Volume Knob Question

I don't know if I just remember wrong but doesn't Blackshark v2x do a snapping sound when its completely muted? I used the headset recently and I realized that the volume knob no longer does a snapping thing when going to the lowest volume. What's worse is that the headset never goes down to 0. Even on the lowest, I can't do that snap and I can still hear very quiet but noticeable sound coming out. Don't really care about the snapping thing but why wouldn't a headset go to 0 volume? Edit: It seems that there are 2 more similar threads like this a few months ago that weren't given an answer. And also I already contacted razer for a replacement and the replacement also have the same problem. Is it intentional to make it no go totally mute? Idk anymore.
