Razer Blackshark V3 dongle issues after firmware update

So I did the most recent firmware update for the blackshark v3, and after it was finished my audio on  pc stopped working. I’ve restarted my computer, and unplugged it and it still doesn’t work. Ive ran a test on the headphones and it says theres audio but I cannot hear it and it only works wired. I dont know whats wrong with the dongle or how to fix it, it says im connected and the light is on but i still cannot hear. if anyone knows how to fix this,  it would be appreciated

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? What about trying it on a different computer? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
