Razer Blackshark V3 dongle issues after firmware update

HELLO EVERYONE!!
 

REGARDING ON THE UPDATE OF BLACKSHARK V3 FIRMWARE..PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.. FIRST THING TO DO IS TO UDPATE THE DONGLE, THEN AFTER THAT, UNPLUG THE DONGLE TO YOUR PC/LAPTOPS, NEXT CONNECT YOUR HEADPHONE USING THE PURCHASED TYPE C TO TYPE A CABLE TO YOUR PC/LAPTOPS THEN CONTINUE UPDATE.. THEN IT WILL FIXED YOUR PROBLEMS..  IT SHOULD BE THE SAME VERSION 1.4.0.0.. THANKS

yea so tried this and it dont read to the headsets at all when i unplug the dongle to do the headsets alone after ?  only way i can charge headsets now is by using a plug in to the wall to charge em .. its just not connecting to the headset at all for the headsets to update without dongle plugged and i cant do nothing cause it shuts the dongle off if i try to plug both in simutaniously so im at wits end with it kinda pissed
