Razer Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed can't turn them off and other problems

Question

I can't turn them off, I can't update the drivers because I get an error: invalid output string format. The Razer Synapse software on my computer also doesn't work. When I try to turn them on, it turns on for a second and then turns off. I can't even turn the volume up or down.
