I recently bought a Razer Blade 18 2024. Everything was fine, but now there is a problem with the sound. The sound just disappears, YouTube doesn't load, no sound at all tú from the speakers. I don't know how to solve this problem. When I turn on Windows there is sound, but after a couple of minutes it disappears. What do I do? I reinstalled Windows 11, nothing helped.

To isolate the issue, please make sure to run the Windows Sound troubleshooter and check if the issue happens to all your applications or websites that use audio. You can also perform the troubleshooting guide from this article to resolve the audio problem with your laptop.
