Hi,
My friend has a Razer Kraken Kitty Edition BT headset and on the new PC they are unable to use stereo mode with microphone.
On the playback settings it shows 2 output devices:
- Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Hands Free AG Audio
- Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Stereo
On the recording settings it shows 1 device:
- Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Hands Free AG Audio
When selecting default communication device as Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Hands Free AG Audio they get audio + sound but it is single channel with telephone quality - unable to game on.
When selecting Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Stereo as default output device, they get no sound.
Is this issue with the BT dongle they are using or driver issue. Have tried everything but cannot figure out how to get this working.
Any idea/help would be great
