Razer Clio surround windows configuration

Hey folks!  I have a Clio paired with the Nommo V2 as my front speakers. When working together they show in windows as razer clio surround. Just wondering, what configuration is best in windows for “razer clio surround”? Should it be 5.1, quadrophonic, or stereo?

Good point. I have Nommo v2 and Clio. I played with this a little last night. Tonight I add Leviathan v2x. Let us know what you find.
