Razer electra v2 mic not working

A couple of days ago i bought a Razer Elecra v2 (not the usb version) but the mic isnt working It only worked in the first day I nedd some help Thanks

    Did you try the basic troubleshooting to check if its some configuration/wiring issue ? Like, - the port where its connected Try a different uni headphone jack port where mic is enabled as well - the mic mute/unmute button on the back side of the left headphone should be down (if its up showing red color means its on mute) - Connect to a phone earphone jack and see if the mic is working Let us know, thanks.

    Also If none of that works, I suggest contacting Razer Support. If they aren't able to troubleshoot it, You might wanna think about exchanging it.
