Razer Electra V2 Synapse problem

Hi. I updated my Windows from 7 to 10. On Win7 i was able to use Surround with my Electra V2 (3.5 mm jack) and didn't have any problem with that. Now on Win10 my PC see when i connect my headset, but synapse 2.0 doesn't see. My mic also doesn't work even when my PC see that i connected that. How can I fix that? I tried many solutions from YT, forums etc. Nothing helped. Cheers!

are there drivers for 3.5mm electra v2? I have drivers for mine but usb version, I'll post how I fixed mine here, maybe you will too like that

if you don't see a device, try deleting the drivers from C:\\Windows\\System32\\DriverStore\\FileRepository directory where electrav2 is mentioned but for every file or folder where it's mentioned you'll need to alter rights so that your account can do everything with that file, and try installing it all fresh with synapse, when you do that, if they appear then and if they start to lose sound then try mine method from link above
