Hello,
Three days ago I bought a Razer Electra v2. Now it stopped working. Windows message:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
The USB device returned an invalid USB configuration descriptor
I tried the headphone on two different PCs. Same problem.
Can it be fixed? or is it broken?
Thanks!
