Razer hammerhead ANC on Win10 ?

I recently bought the razer hammerhead ANC, use them the on my op6, sound is perfect, ANC works really good... I love them. But I tried them on my Win10 pc which has an usb-c connecter but the only think that worked was the LEDs and the ANC... When I tried in my settings to put the hammerhead as my headset, I didn't see them :/ So are they some drivers to install, something on synapse ? Did I somthing wrong or are they just not compatible (it'd be a sad news) ?

    They are compatible. I plug mine into the USB C port on my Blade 15 all the time. I don't recall having to change any audio settings in Windows to get them to work. Opening up Windows Audio Manager and making sure the levels are up is where I would start. And then double check the audio tab and settings I'm Synapse after that.

    I think it's a problem with my pc's female usb-c connecter cause i tried them on an onther device and they worked... so i don't know if it is worth to buy an adapter
