Just bought a Hammerhead True Wireless pro yesterday and I noticed that my right earbud won't charge past 80% and the battery drain quickly. I've charged the case fully, even left it for half of the day with both buds inside but the problem still persist. Left bud seems working fine but the right one seems broken.

Same issue what do I do? Should i ask for a replacement
