razer Hammerhead pro battery won't charge past 80% and draining fast

Just bought a Hammerhead True Wireless pro yesterday and I noticed that my right earbud won't charge past 80% and the battery drain quickly.

 

I've charged the case fully, even left it for half of the day with both buds inside but the problem still persist. Left bud seems working fine but the right one seems broken.

Any solutions to this one? I just got my hammerhead tws today and i am having a similar issue. The battery drains quickly in just minutes. This is so frustrating, Razer

After 1 year of your question, i have the same issue right now. I bought 3 times in two weeks from different stores. First right earbud, second left one and now right one had this. What did yo do, is there a solution or should i send it back for cancel.

How long does a full charge last? Please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the battery issue.
