Razer Hammerhead Pro HS- Low Audio output when volume is max

I just bought these Hammerhead Pro Hypersonic 2nd Gen and  I downloaded the App, on IOS iPhone 14 and I can barely hear the sound because it’s so soft, even when the volume is on high…this is ridiculous, I’m so frustrated after spending $300 on earbuds, these are junk..can anyone help so I can at least use these. I’m so upset I’m sorry..thank you
