So i recently bought the new razer hammerhead pro hyperspeed. I love the quality of the audio and overall love the product but i have 2 issues that i can not resolve.
1# Random pauses
I Tested this on my phone, pc and on different audio platforms like Spotify and Youtube but sometimes the earbuds just randomly pause the video or music that is playing. I have no idea why. Any ideas on how to fix?
2# Broken ANC and Ambient sound on right earbud
When i enable ANC or Ambient on the earbuds then the left earbud works perfectly but the right one does not enable the features. No idea why. Any ideas on how to fix?
