Razer hammerhead right ear bud
It keeps randomly shutting off. The left one is fine, no issues at all but I have to keep putting them into the charging case and re connecting them for it to work again. Help!?

I have this problem with the pikachu edition aswell
But when I put it In the case it doesn’t reconnect and right ear never work

What is the bluetooth version on the device you are connecting to?
By matching the BT version with the hammerhead this was resolved
