My colleague had the same issue with his. He ended up having to explain. Multiple times to razer customer services who then wanted video evideence of the issue.. How you provide video evidence a earbud doesn't work I don't know. After a lot of time they eventually accepted there was a fault and replaced them but he first had to send his back with a letter explaining the fault.... Wasn't great service to be honest.

jezzz that not good, i dont have the box from headphones bcuz i left it somewhere at Deutsch when i was at holidays at family. I thinked that i maybe done sth bad. Bcuz both channels. I mean left and right working at right earbud. I just used this and both channels working at right earbud idk why. Left one react for gestures but dont play music

You just press 3 times and hold on muted side one , til it says " power on", same way to turn off. if this doesn't still work , you can press once and hold to pair both sides. Hope it helpful.

I find these Headphones have a very unstable connection with my IP11PRO. Connects and when I switch to some other app, and back, no sound. after 30 seconds it will announce, DISCONNECTED. I usually just pop them back into the case, and take them out again. Its so Annoying.

BTW, I lost 1 of the Rubber Sleeves, are their replacements I can buy?
