Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds

Hi! I recently bought a Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds Now, when i use it with my laptop, i get an option to choose between headphones and headset Whenever i use headphones, i get great sounds but when i connect to discord comms, other sounds like from my games gets muted. Whenever i use headset, i can hear all sounds but theyre not that great Can anyone tell me why? Thanks!
