Hello everyone, I have a problem with my new Earbuds that arived today. So I unpacked them and first at all I decided to charge the case till its green and its full so my earbuds are full too and I can start configure them. But when I connected them the first time I already noticed that my left Earbud didnt charged up and was on 5%. Then I putted them back to the charger and waited for 1 more hour. Right now I checked again and my left earbud didnt charged again. They just arrived today and I dont know it its a technical issue or a configure issue. With best regrets

    I manged to charge them up to 100%. But now after 15 minutes the left earbud is already down to 69%.

    That doesn't sound right on the battery draining issue. Can you try to get it replaced, mentioning this issue?

    im sure its software issue. it does the samething to me right out the box from razer store SF. left said 89% right said 100%. even tho i did not use it, every time i check 1 buds never reach 100%. then after software update now its normal. one thing that i can make sure, it is not your buds problem or batteries draining. you can use it as it is just like 100% without worry
