Razer hammerhead true wireless pro (Right earbud battery drain issue)

Hi, Everyone Today I receive my razer hammerhead true wireless pro. When I receive the box is secure and no signs of damage. When I open the device its sealed and perfectly fine. First I charge the device and wait until the green light showed up and i check the earbuds. So i downloaded the RAZER APP AUDIO ,check the device is okay and i notice that the right earbuds is not charging at all but the left earbud is fully charge. I put back the right earbud back and recharge it again after 1hr i saw on the razer app that the right earbud is fully charge and then I try to use both earbuds but suddenly while im checking the razer app the right earbud is fully charge and just less than 1min the battery is 80% after a min ahain the battery is going down to 76%….. but the big question is why is the left earbud is still 100%. ?????? So i just use it and suddenly the right earbud prompt that battery is low in just less that 7mins but the left earbud is still 100%. I dont know of this is a hardware or a software problem. BTW I already submit a ticket for this issue. Best regards
