You need to get the headphones of the case, hold both sensors until you hear the sound of synchronization. After that, you need to simultaneously press both sensors three times, holding on the third touch until you hear - "Factory reset. Power off." 

If it didn't work out, then something was done too slowly or too fast, repeat until it works.
