My right side off Hammerhead TW keep turning off while im using. Already try all the suggestion on the website. It's okay only for a while. Stress and disappointed. I even try to connect to the other phone (iPhone and Android) but still face the same problem

    J'ai le meme probleme , j'ai meme tester sur pc ya aussi ce probleme . je suis très décu du produit et j'espère obtenir une réponse de razer pour régler ce soucis

    I have the same problem as you, but on the LEFT BUD....had these for only 6 months, and already issues.
