razer hammerhead tws sound cutting out

i bought hammerhead tws today i plugged to my pc win10/64bit and sound is cutting off constantly, always sizzled. sometimes its good for 5-10 secs. anybody see this issue? how can i solve this? i tried android and ios no problem with them. i wanna use for gaming.

    Maybe try running a sound troubleshooting on Windows. To get to the troubleshooting: 1. Press Windows key + X 2. Select System 3. Select Sound on the left side The troubleshooting button is underneath the volume controller.
