Recently purchcased a Kaira Hyperspeed headset, I found out the dongle doesnt work when the switch is on wireless mode (the pc doesnt even detect it when inserted in the USB port), but works fine on XBOX mode. I doubt the wireless setting is somehow broken because it works fine when connected to my phone. Could it somehow be that the XBOX app I have installed is somehow interfering with wireless mode? Im pretty sure most of my drivers are up to date.
This is really annoying me because the audio output works fine, but I cant use the audio slider nor use the microphone.
