Razer Hyperspeed Pro V2 Dongle Suddenly Stopped Working

Hi everyone,
my Razer Hyperspeed Pro V2 headset was working perfectly, but out of nowhere the USB dongle stopped being recognized by my PC. I’ve tried different USB ports and restarted everything, but it still doesn’t respond.

 

Is there any official way to replace just the dongle, or do I need to go through RMA/support for a full replacement?

Any advice would be appreciated.

The product is out of warranty btw.
