WHEN I TURN ON MY XBOX SERIES X CONSOLE FINISHING CHARGING BEFORE STARTING ANY GAME, I TURN ON THE KAIRA PRO HEADSET AT THE TIME THE GAME STARTS, THERE IS TIME THE SOUND IS FAILING, THERE IS TIME THE SOUND IS BLOWING OUT, THERE IS TIME THAT THE GAME STARTS SIGNAL FALL. I PLAY WITH THE CONSOLE ON MY RIGHT SIDE IT CAN'T REACH 1 METER AWAY WITHOUT BARRIERS. THIS HAPPENS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME. IF AT THE BEGINNING WITHIN 15 MINUTES, NOTHING GIVES ANYTHING WRONG, THEN YOU CAN PLAY IT CALMLY... BUT IF FALLS APPEAR, SOUND FAILING OR BREAKING... SOMETIMES IT STOPS AND STABILIZES THE SIGNAL MORE TIME IT IS NECESSARY TO RESTART THE CONSOLE TO STABILIZE THE HEADSET SIGN... THIS IS VERY ANNOYING. MY HEADSET I PURCHASED NEW FACTORY SEALED AND IT IS UPDATED ON THE RAZER WEBSITE. VERSION 1.7.8.70
