Razer Kaira Pro Hissing noise

Just bought a new kaira pro yesterday and its putting out a hissing noise. When I am in a xbox party u can see my voice in the party overlay but I'm not talking. Has anyone experienced this and know how to fix it

Just posted about this in another thread. Set the Microphone Equalizer to "Custom" on the Razer Headset Setup for Xbox app and save. Not sure why it works, but it does.
