Hey guys, Im new here and I just recently purchased a Kaira headset (non pro). I only have my Xbox Series X and no PC just an older macbook (2013). In the box it said the headset needed to be updated with new firmware but the link only provides a downloadable exe file which my mac cannot open. Is there any other way to update the firmware on these headsets?

    I'm in the same boat. All my computers are MAC and bought the Kaira for the Xbox Series X. No way to update firmware and can't even connect the Kaira to Synapse 2.0. Really frustrating IMO to pay out $150 for a headset without a MAC compatible software to update it. Really poor form. Considering returning.

    @gioprieto86 @bmfunk58 Please note that you can update the firmware of the headset via the Razer Headset app for Xbox. I do not have any information regarding Synapse 2.0 for macOS supporting the headset. As far as I know, the headset was designed specifically for Xbox X/S and PC.
