Razer Kitty Headset Keeps Restarting

So both me and my friend both bought the Razer Kitty Quarts Headset and well it keeps restarting for like 2-5 seconds where it loses our audio and prevents us from talking to our friends on discord until we restart our entire call or video audio wise, We were wondering does anyone have the same issue or fix, I have also noticed that my keyboard, Mouse and Mousemat also restart and its only been since i got the headset and also mainly when we play games of any kind.

i have some issue with u, when i play a game, suddenly the audio switched to another speaker
