I just bought the razer kraken mercury edition and i can hear only the right earphone, the left one doesnt have any sound. Also the mic doesnt work. And i scratched the numbers for surround sound 7.1, is there anything i can do with that?

    My Razer Nari Ultimate has some issues with the one speaker. If I push and pull it lightly around my ear, sometimes it fixes it. If you aren’t getting any sound at all from it, it might not be a connection issue (like mine is). I recommend contacting support for this one, if you haven’t already. The techs should have a better idea of what you should check to isolate the problem.
