Hey! So recently my headset's mic wasn't working and suddenly mid game it started working again, and today it just went away, i have tried almost everything. like literally, i have rolled back driver, uninstalled and installed drivers, i have looked for updates. but still i can't hear or speak. I have had the headset for almost 8 months now. and this have never happened before to me what should i do? Kind Regards Dezii

I am thinking over the last 8 months, the headset was working. I'm sure you are/were using Synapse 3. This could be a hardware or software issue, we might need more info. Try plugging the headset to another pc (friends), with synapse 3. If it works, issue with your pc, if not hardware issue.

It's not supported on Synapse 3, so stick with 2. It sounds like maybe a bad wire rather than software problem. Try moving the Mic cable around and then the entire 6 ft cable and see if it ever starts working.
