hello mate, i just bought my headset razer kraken X lite , and i installed all the the devices , registered everthing , when i want to activate the 7.1 surround , i put the key from the box and it's giving me invalid activation code , i tryed installing and removing the app but same thing thanks

i have the same problem i bought a brand new manowar 7.1 registered it got it activated on synapse but it is telling me to activating it with the code i got none xD how to deal with this ?
