Razer Kraken extension cable

I'd like to use the razer kraken headset output coming from my monitor jack and the microphone input into the back of my pc which is on the floor and not near the monitor.
I have various consoles connected to the same monitor which is why I have the razer headset connected to the monitor but I only use the mic on pc.
The y splitter cable isn't long enough in regards to the input of the microphone and headphones. the point where it splits is too short for me.

Any suggestions on what i could do since i don't want to keep switching my headset between my pc and monitor everytime i use something since the splitter with the mic and headphone isnt long enough lol

my pc does have separate mic and audio jacks on both the front and back.

tldr: i want to use my mic on my pc and headphones in my monitor jack, cables arent long enough
