Razer Kraken kitties v2 pro compatibility on ps5

My boyfriend bought me the new Kraken kitties v2 pro and I was so excited to try them on but I have this issue with sidetone on my ps5, I can't turn it off and I keep hearing myself very loudly and its annoying and I can't find any option on my ps5 to turn it off or lower it.  They work perfectly fine and that's literally the only issue I  have with them I thought they were compatible with ps5 and I can hear both the game and vc perfectly, but I hear myself and I hate it.

(I already tried turning it off on the razer synapse app and then plugging them in, it didn't work)

Any suggestions? :(

Hi! Kraken Kitty V2 Pro is mainly designed for PC use and not PS5. It could be that the headset is not totally compatible with your PS5. Does the issue persists even if you enable the Mute button? If yes, it’s not compatible with your PS5. If the issue does not persist, that’s your alternative method for now while using the device on PS5. 

As long as you don’t get the same issue while using the headset on PC, it means your device is working as intended. Changing the settings in Synapse 3 won’t matter as your device does not have an on-board memory storage, where you can save profile settings on the device. Unless Razer will send out firmware updates to rectify the issue, you have to deal with it for now.

Hello! Do you perhaps know how to connect it to the ps5? My boyfriend bought me one too but I can't get it connected….I have the BT version
