Razer Kraken Kitty headphones suddenly turned off and won't turn on anymore

I took the headphones from a friend, I’ve been using them for a month and everything was fine, yesterday, while playing games, the headphones turned off, I had to disconnect them from the USB and connect them again, then they turned off again and stopped turning on at all

mine just did this too. its happened before and ive been able to fix it by unplugging them for about 15 seconds and then plugging them back into a different port, but now theyre not working at all, but the lights are still on.
