Razer Kraken Kitty Headset Mic Issue w/ Synapse 3

Hey all, I just bought the Kraken Kitty Headset, but the mic is very quiet. So much that on Discord with input pushed up to 100%, and my friends had me set to 200%, they could hardly hear me. I deleted Synapse and the head set worked great. Reinstalled Synapse and the mic dropped out again. Does anyone have any ideas for a fix? I have adjusted all properties I could think of and reinstalled all drivers multiple times. Thanks in advance!
