Dank des lieben Support Teams bin ich evtl. auf eine dauerhafte Lösung für folgendes Problem gestoßen:

    Kopfhörer Sound knackt, ist auf voller Lautstärke, egal wie weit man den Pegel herab dreht,

    in-game Sound und Soundeffekte werden auf gleicher Lautstärke abgespielt.

Da durch das Update meine Headset-Einstellungen resettet wurden, wurde auch der Button für “Mono-Audio” deaktiviert.
Wenn ihr diesen unter “System - Sound” bei euren Kopfhörern wieder aktiviert, sollte sich die allgemeine Lautstärke des Systems wieder herunter pegeln. Auch das Demo Video von Razer sollte wieder normal klingen, ohne Tonbrüche.

Hoffe dieser kleine Tipp konnte helfen.

Problem: After the newest update the audio settings on some devices (including my Razer Kraken Kitty) headset have been reset.
This results in the audio crashing, popping and being played too loud. In game the sound for bg music, character voicelines or soundeffects all have the same pitch.

To solve the problem at least for myself I did the following:

Open “sound settings”, select your headphones as your “audio source”, make sure the button called “mono-audio” is on. (it perhaps got switched to off during the setup reset from the update!!)
