I have had the Razer Kraken Kitty USB RGB headset for 2.5 years now, but since the start of the year the sound cuts out with a pop and comes back during games. I have tried soooo many ‘fixes’ but nothing works for me except for turning the brightness down and having it plugged into a powered usb hub. But recently it has been cutting out even with the brightness down and being plugged into the hub.
I can’t contact support anymore because the warranty is out so I do not have access to free support and I really don’t want to buy a new headset after only having these for about 2.5 years.
I’m so frustrated and would love any help with getting the headset to work properly, because there’s no point in having this headset if I can’t use the RGB.
