Directly after the update to Razer Synapse Version 20231110, my Razer Kitty headphones have a sound bug.
The sound of video games (only) is very loud and every in game sound (voicelines, bg music, sound effects) are played very loudly and at the same time. It makes the sound within the headphones crash, crack or come out in waves.
I tried repairing and reinstalling the app, but the problem is ongoing.
I tried changing settings in game, in the synapse app and the sound options on my laptop, but nothing worked.

When plugging the headhpones into another pc, the sound quality of the headphones was fine! (the synapse version was not updated on the other pc yet).

Is it a company issue or an update issue?
If anyone can provide any information or help with this issue, I’d be very grateful
