I try to connect it but it keeps saying "USB device not recognized".
When I go into device manager, I've tried disabling and uninstalling the "Unknown USB device (configuration descriptor request failed)", I've tried disabling and uninstalling the USB root hubs too, but nothing seems to be working. I've pretty much tried any other method under the sun too.
I connected the headphones into another laptop and it seems to work just fine there so it's not an issue with the headphones themselves.
