Razer Kraken Kitty V3 X led/rgb not working

I just got a new Kitty V3 Headset, I plugged in the headphone jack, and they worked great! The onyl issue is that I cant seem to get the Lights working. I tried using Chroma and Synapse but they didnt really help. Maybe its due to the fact my computer dosent recognize it as a Razer device? Idrk, any help would be great, I did turn off dynamic lighting for windows too, so no luck there. thanks!

The 3.5mm headphone jack only transmits audio signals and does not carry electrical power or data required to run RGB lighting. Because you plugged it in via the audio jack rather than a USB connection, your computer treats it as a standard audio-only device and cannot detect it via Razer Synapse.
