Razer Kraken Pro V2. Am I eligible for the "7.1 SURROUND SOUND" app?

Greetings, I recently installed the Razer 7.1 SURROUND SOUND. I had used the similar older Razer program, for some time in the previous years, and remember that the basic version was free, but now it asks for an activation code. I own the Razer Kraken Pro V2 headphones, and I have them since 24/11/2017 (D/M/Y). In the site, I see that the program is included with the Razer Kraken headsets basic version. Am I eligible to using the program with the headphones I already have? An if I am, how do I find the activation code? Thank you all, very much.

Pretty disappointing that no one has answered. I would like it very much to know if we are eligible, although I truly believe not...I tried to buy, the THX SPATIAL AUDIO app, that from what I understand is even better than the 7.1 SURROUND app, but the site won't let me because I am not from the US, and the THX app is not available in my Country's Razer site. So another question I have is: If I get a friend of mine who is from USA, to buy the program for me, will it activate for me? I live in a Country in Southern Europe. What can I do, to acquire 1 out of the 2 apps?
