Razer Kraken TE Hissing problem

When using my USB audio controller for my razer kraken tournament edition there is hissing background noise, I've tried many things to try and fix it, is there any way to fix it? When I'm not using the USB audio controller, and I'm using the headphone jack, there is no hissing.

Did you connecting it to a different machine and other ports to confirm that hissing issue?

On the USB audio controller is the THX ON (green led) or OFF? Also can you try checking the Enhancement and Mixer via the Synapse 3 and try switching it all/resetting it to default and see.

I've done everything you said, and i still hear hissing.
