I bought a pair of the Razer Kraken TE with great thoughts of its mic quality and the audio, but then I had to previously contact support and much more due to the rather synapse having not to work as expected but then after that I went on and continued to use them, but after a while I keep getting comments about it having a bad mic quality and much more to those regards and an another comment pops up and says it's "worse than yesterday" which makes me assume it's either a technical problem with the application or it has to be with my microphone.



I've tried to use sidetone as a way to prove that to myself which kinda did better than the actual mic quality that i've been using for about a month

sometimes I like to swap between configurations hoping for a better result in which it couldn't deem itself

if anyone can at least help out with the mic quality if it's either a spec or bad settings perhaps then thank's
