Razer Kraken Tournament Edition left ear cushion almost non-existing

There is a major difference between the left and right ear cushions. On my left ear the cushion is less and also softer till the point where my ear gets pressed against the 50mm audio driver after a few minutes. I have both ears on a length of 4,5.
