Hi I am just looking for some help on getting my headphones to work proper.

I tried both of the ways you just stated but got no response from either so I came here out of desperation

Welp... Terribly sorry for my tone before. It's a difficult time these days for all kinds of customer support. My recommendation is to just resend a request and be patient.
