Good day i just bought this headset - very upset that the volume is too low for ps4 cant understand it. Do i Return the headset now or is this problem going to be resolved just curious

    Its because Kraken ultimate's are primarily for PC. If for PS4 i suggest the Thresher which is actually compatible with both PC and PS4 and works great with good 7.1 and high volume as well. https://www.razer.com/console-headsets/razer-thresher-7-1/RZ04-02230100-R3U1
