Razer Kraken USB Crackling Static noise

So i have had this headset for about a month or 2, now i have this unbearable crackling noise that comes on, which seems like every 10 seconds or so, i want to figure out on how to fix this, im about to bin this headset to be honest because of it.

    ohh i have to say this, uninstalling 7.1 surround and re installing didnt work
