Razer Kraken v3 Pro has audio balance issues when using volumewell on the headset. It literally drives me crazy. The headset does not work properly. The problem, based on discussions here, is massive, and no one is fixing it. Why?

I too have this issue. Its not a software issue, and more of a hardware i think. the volume is only balance when its maxed, but i have to find the sweet spot to make both ear balanced. I also have an issue with the wireless usb dongle where it disconnects randomly and wont reconnect, unless i unplug and re-plug the usb wireless dongle.
