So I just bought this headset and love it but it started powering off on its own so i went to update firmware and for the life of me i cant do it. There are reddit posts on the topic. I ended up getting the advanced replacement and now have the same issues with that one. Is there a trick to doing it? i follow the steps and when i get to the part where u gotta disconnect and reconnect it fails after about 4 min. Any suggestions on how to get this PoS to work??

im having the same exact issue as u are. im trying to update the dongle to 1.10.00 witch btw im suprised support is not helping or careing to answer. for issue like this they need to let users manually download their dongle updates with a file updater when the firmware updater tool is broken
